QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY
The Laboratory successfully applies methods based on Polish standards and only uses certified templates and top-quality equipment.
Moreover, our fabrics are regularly examined in certified, independent laboratories, mainly in an institute in Łódź and other laboratories in Germany and Switzerland.
Each fabric, whether still in production or already on the market, is thoroughly examined by specialised independent laboratories. At Agmamito, we control the quality of our products at each stage of their life cycle, from verifying the quality of prototypes to be placed on the market to randomly checking sample textiles from each batch.
To be able to constantly monitor our fabrics, we have launched our own Quality Control Laboratory, which is supplied with state-of-the-art control and measuring equipment by recognised manufacturers, which guarantees reliable and accurate results.
At our Quality Control Laboratory, we carry out various checks ranging from verification of thickness, basis weight or the quantity of threads in weft and warp per 1 cm2, to testing abrasion resistance (Martindale test) and pilling inclination. Our Laboratory also verifies whether the textile properly dyes by checking if the colour does not materially change its shade in different colours of artificial light.
